ATTENTION: Hello Advanced and Black Belt Testing Families, In this next curriculum cycle, one of the testing requirements is completing 5, 2-mile runs. The requirement is only for Red, High Red, Brown, High Brown Belts, & 1st Kyu/Black Belts who are testing!!! Anyone who is not apart of the requirement is more than welcome to join in on the run days below either for fun or for support! Red, High Red, Brown, & High Brown Belts do NOT have a time requirement for the 2-mile run 1st Ky Belts who want to test for their Black Belts at the end of this year/beginning of 2025 will need to complete their 2-mile run in under 20 minutes to qualify for Black Belt testing ....
